Our team are experts in assessing opportunities for partnering and accessing available incentive and grant funds for LEED-related and “Green Building” projects.

We help engineers and designers work with architects, owners and other consultants to incorporate green features or sustainability factors into the design of each building.

EDUCATION

Allen Contractings’ principal, Audrey Allen, NASBA, LEED AP has a long history of incorporating energy efficiency and indoor air quality considerations into her client’s projects. As a green building consultant, Audrey’s mission is to provide services to clients that save them money and, at the same time, protect the environment.
Audrey began her work in design in 1989 and completed her degree in Housing Studies soon thereafter. The Housing Studies degree is a unique program aimed at training designers to address the specific needs of the Residential market. Her expertise in residential design expanded to commercial and industrial and through her 19 years in the construction industry, she has operated her own design/build company, consultation and field management for large residential projects, million dollar condos, and commercial and industrial projects. She is a graduate of the National Sustainable Builders Advisor program and LEED AP certified.
