About Allen Design Studio

Allen Design Studio's principal, Audrey Allen, CSBA & LEED AP, has a long history of incorporating energy efficiency and indoor air quality considerations into her client's projects. As a green building consultant, Audrey's mission is to provide services to clients that save them money and, at the same time, protect the environment.

Audrey began her work in design in 1989 and completed her degree in Housing Studies soon thereafter. The Housing Studies degree is a unique program aimed at training designers to address the specific needs of the Residential market. Her expertise in residential design expanded to commercial and industrial and, throughout her 20+ years in the construction industry, she has operated her own design/build company, consultation and field management for large residential projects, million dollar condos, and commercial and industrial projects. She is a graduate of the National Sustainable Builders Advisor program and LEED AP certified.

Our passion is to create appropriately scaled spaces that relate in an intuitive fashion. sustainably designed & built, to create a living space that is inviting, refreshing, restful, rejuvenating and functions for your lifestyle... a place that resonates on all levels as "home".
